Skandi-CCTV has developed a uniqe software based surveillance system for constant check of Skandi-Guard DVR units.
The new software constantly checks that all vital functions and routines works accordingly. The software also monitors system parameters such as CPU temperature, Voltage, Fan speed and hard disk status.
In case of closing the recorder program or closing the DVR unit a notification is automatically sent to the system responsible by mail. The same is the case if e.g the CPU gets too warm.
